If you are working outside of the school, did you remember to save your work in a text-rich format?  That way, you will be able to work on your saved information at school even though you don't have the same software.

Did you pay careful attention to the instructions?

Did you look at all of the resources your teacher / librarian suggested on the project web page?

Did you make note of any information you might want to use later?  And did you record the bibliography information!

Did you take notes and answer all of the questions using your own words? Be careful not to Plagiarize!

Did you investigate only project-related sites?

If I can't access a school computer, I need to make sure:
I am typing in the correct password (if you have forgotten your password, see us in the library or Ms Long/Mr. Brown in the computer lab).
I have logged out of any other computer I may have been using in the building
I have not shared my password with anyone.

Databases - You can access all of our databases 24/7, including the Library Card Catalog (1st icon on left at the bottom of this page), but you'll need to have a CHS Library Business Card with you to type in the username and password.  Pick one up today in the Library!

Honesty and Integrity : Students at Caribou High School are expected to do their own work in an honest and forthright manner.  Looking at another students' test paper, copying homework, using another student's network account, using cheat notes (including electronic devices) and plagiarizing (copying from a book, magazine, internet, etc.) to complete a report are examples of dishonest acts.  Caribou High School will not condone such acts.  Students who compromise their integrity will be subject to disciplinary action.
