Mrs. Mazerolle's China Brochure

As the head of a tourist information center, you have been asked to create an informative and entertaining travel brochure.  The brochure will be used to introduce prospective customers to sites that they might visit on a tour of China.  It is important that your brochure be visually appealing.

  • When you are finished, please save your project on a disk.

  • Label the disk with your name and your teacher's name.

  • Give the disk to Mrs. Brown or Ms. Caldwell to have your brochure printed in color.

If you do a scrapbook, you will need to collect "up-to-date" articles.  Besides the articles that you are clipping, you must choose to do NINE of the following items, accompanied by a word processed paragraph:

  1. Flag of China

  2. Map of China

  3. Panda Bears

  4. Great Wall of China

  5. Chinese Horoscopes

  6. Tiananmen Square

  7. Gobi Desert

  8. Mount Everest

  9. Chinese New Year

  10. President of China

  11. Recipe of a Chinese Food

  12. Chinese Martial Arts

  13. Binding of Women's feet

  14. Importance of the color "red" in China

  15. Government of China
