Notice of Meeting  -  The Caribou Board of Education will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in Superintendent of School’s Conference Room.

4.  Will the Board approve the realignment of guidance staff including:

PK- 6 Elementary Guidance to PK – 4  Guidance

PK- 12 Home School Coordinator to 5-12 Home School Coordinator

5.  Mrs. Brenda Jepson, Video Productions Instructor, will be present to request that students from the Video Productions program attend
           the Governor’s Trade Mission to France. (enclosure)

6.  Mrs. Brenda Felch, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, will present Maine Educational Assessment and Terra Nova
          testing results. (enclosures)

7.  Ms. Sue White, Middle School Principal, will update the Board on the Middle School’s Adequate Yearly Progress status and plans. (enclosure)

8.  The Board will consider the adoption/revision of the following policies. (first reading) (enclosures)

·        GBO Family Care Leave.

·        JLCD Administration of Medications to Students

·        JLCD – E Policy for Medication Administration on School Field Trips

·        EBAA  Chemical Hazards

9.  The Board will consider modifying the harvest recess to accommodate this year’s late growing season.
