Notice of Meeting - The Caribou Board of Education will hold its regular bi-monthly meeting on Wednesday, December 15, 1999, at 7:00 P.M. in the Office of the Superintendent of Schools.

| 2 | Public Comments – Topic & time allotment as determined
by Chair.

| 3 | Nominations:

| 4 | The Board will consider a request from Middle School Basketball Coaches,
Steve Perreault and Troy Barnes, for permission to take the 7th and 8th
grade Boys’ Basketball teams to Windham Middle School for an exchange tournament
on February 4-6, 2000.

| 5 | Regional Vocational/Technical School Director Lynn McNeal will request
Board approval for
changes in the Law Enforcement Program Rules and Regulations. |
| 6 | Building Administrators will provide the Board their observations and
survey results of Parent/
Teacher Conference Day held on Monday, November 22, 1999 |
| 7 | The Board Chairman will appoint Board members to serve on the following:

| 8 | Superintendent’s Report.

| 9 | Other Matters.

| 10 | The Board will enter executive session to consider the re-election
of the Superintendent of Schools.
