A step-by-step Instruction Guide

Database Description Guide

Here are the steps you should follow in order to create your MLA formatted Bibliography (Works Cited) Page:

Click the book icon, last on the right, on the CHS Library Web.
Under Subscription Tools, choose NoodleBib6
Log-in  – you need your CHS Library Business Card!
Click on NoodleBib
Create your own personal folder if this is the first time you have been to the site to work.  Use your school password if you have trouble remembering numerous passwords!  Make it easy on yourself!
Choose MLA Advanced (not MLA Junior)
Start a new list - or click on a list you are working on.
Choose a citation type – print, online, electronic, etc. Click "Next."
Read the next page carefully so that your reader knows exactly what you are citing and how you are able to easily find this information.
If you choose that the information is from a Library Subscription Database, go HERE to learn how to choose what you are using!
Note that when you are ready to fill in the template, you will already have many blanks filled in.
When you are finished, check out the options on the left-hand side of your bibliography.  You will be able to preview, print, e-mail, share, or start again.
