SciFi.com - One of the only sites to sport a really futuristic look, the Web site of the SciFi channel posts new stories every week or two, both original and classic.  The archive is not searchable, but scrolling reveals well over 100 stories between the two categories.

SF Site - If you want to stay abreast of the latest in science fiction and fantasy, this magazine-style site is the place to go. 

Also check out this site:  Internet Speculative Fiction Database - is an effort to catalog works of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror. It links together various types of bibliographic data: author bibliographies, publication bibliographies, award listings, magazine content listings, anthology and collection content listings, yearly fiction indexes, and forthcoming books.
