Caribou High School is proud to announce our new web based grade program; PowerSchool. This program will allow you to
access your student's current grades and attendance via the Internet. You will need  a username and password to access your
student's information on the parent access site.

If you do not remember or have misplaced your "Username and Password" to access the site you MUST email:  PowerSchool@mail.caribouschools.org

 Username and passwords will not be given out by telephone for security reasons

The information provided in PowerSchool is provided for the convenience of parents and students.  The information provided
is NOT an official record and should not be viewed as one but rather a guide to inform parents & students.

 

Grades are constantly being recalculated as new assignments are graded and added.  Guardians need to allow teachers time to correct and enter grades before expecting to see assignments on PowerSchool. Please allow a week from the time an assignment was turned in for it to be entered in PowerSchool.  A longer time may be needed for projects and term papers, as they take longer to correct. 

 

Also realize that there may be extenuating circumstances as to why your student’s grades are not current; for instance our teachers attend professional workshops, seminars and occasionally are ill.

 

Each of these pictures located at the top of the website will bring you to a different page with your student’s information.  You can return to the first screen at any time by clicking on the green PowerSchool logo.  Following is a brief description of each:

 

 

Click “Grades and Attendance” Icon to access grades and attendance for the current school year.  Detailed attendance for the last week and current week are shown.  By clicking on the total number of absences it will give you a detailed description of each absence.  By clicking on current grade you will be connected to any assignments, tests, etc. that are included in that grade.

 

Click “Grades History” Icon to access final grades for previous marking periods.

 

Click “Attendance History” Icon to see attendance codes for previous marking periods.

 

Click on “Email Notifications” Icon to sign up for automatic email reports.  You decide how frequently you would like to receive email on your student!

 

Click on “Teacher Comments” Icon to view comments that have been given by your student’s teacher.  Comments are separated by subjects or class.

 

Click on “School Bulletin” Icon to view school announcements such as teacher workshops etc.  (Notices will also still be sent home.)

 

Click on “Class Registration” Icon This module is ONLY on-line in the spring to register for classes for the next school year.

 

Click on “My Calendars” Icon to view any upcoming calendar items that will eventually be available in the school bulletin.  This module NOT used at our school currently.

 

Each page that you visit can be printed by clicking on the PRINT PAGE icon in the lower right-hand corner of each screen.  This will bring you to a printer-friendly page with a little description of the information on that page.

 

Remember your UserName and Password are unique.  Please keep the information confidential.  We strongly suggest that you write your user ID and password and store in a safe place.

 

This grade report is not an official transcript. In the unlikely event that an error is detected with one or more of the grades listed on this site, Caribou School Department reserves the right to correct the error
